Our polypropylene material is highly recommended for outdoor use. It is UV stable and resists fading and cracking outdoors for three to five years. It is non-toxic and is Food Contact approved, conforming to AS 2070 (Plastic Materials For Food Contact and Use). Enduring temperatures of -40°C to 160°C, this polypropylene is fully recyclable and is an environmentally responsible alternative to PVC. Not only is the poly we use in our signs made from over 50% recycled material, but it is also certified as Carbon Neutral. All signs are 1.4mm thick with rounded corners and four corner mounting holes.
Our metal substrate is guaranteed to withstand temperatures of -40ºC to 80ºC and has an outdoor life expectancy of five to eight years. This material complies with two steel manufacturing standards AS/NZS 1365 and AS 1397. The 0.6mm thick material holds up well in windy conditions and is well suited to the outdoors. All metal signs come with rounded corners and four corner mounting holes.

Shipping, Delivery, and Postage Policies:
You MUST be available to sign for your package and accept delivery; your parcel will be delivered between 9am-5pm (Standard Business hours).
NO RESPONSE to delivery will incur a card being left by the Courier. You MUST contact the Courier within 48hrs (2 days), otherwise you package will be returned to us. Re-delivery will incur an additional cost to you.
We suggest using your WORK address, or any address in which you will be available to sign for your package (if delivered by Courier).
* PO BOX Addresses will delivered by Australia Post − not Courier.
- With your orders, you will be given an update and then a confirmation when the order is completed. You will be provided with a consignment number and the courier company's details.
- When we ship your order with one of our Courier Partners, you will have to sign upon receiving your order.
- Your Shipping Address must be to an address in which your order can be received and signed for between the hours of 9am-5pm Mon-Fri.
- However, if you are not available during delivery time, a note will be left in your mailbox and you can must arrange for re-delivery at a more convenient time or pick up from a depot in your area. we need to add that 'you MUST respond within 48 hours, or the parcel will be returned to us.'
We can only deliver items that fit in a Standard Satchel to P.O.Box Addresses unless you can confirm the Post Office will hold larger item for you,shipping larger items via Australia Post will incur an additional shipping fee depending on location and size of item.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

To expedite any returns,we ask that you note the following:
- If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will be happy to refund the postage costs incurred in sending the item to us.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping of returns back to us. If a returned item is not defective or sent in error by us, you will be responsible for the postage charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
- We must be notified within 7 days of receiving your order of any damage or reason for return.
- No returns or exchange will be allowed after 7 days from receipt of your order.
- The product must be in new,unused,and 100%original condition(unworn,if clothes)with all the original packaging materials.
- Before returning an item,please call 03 9588 2898 to confirm the next steps we can take.
- If the product you are returning was included as part of a special offer,the additional item(s)must also be returned,or you may choose to have the cost subtracted from your refund.
- Any return may void a multiple purchase discount.
- Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges.
- Returns must be sent prepaid and insured for the full price by a traceable carrier to us.
- Special Sale items in the "Hot Deals" items that are not defective can not be returned for any reason. We remind our customers to choose products carefully before placing your order.
